Robbie Napper

Dr Robbie Napper is an industrial designer in the field of mobility. Robbie’s research investigates and develops solutions to sustainable transport problems, especially in active transport and public transport. He is Deputy Head of the Department of Design and Deputy Director of the Mobility Design Lab at Monash University, roles in which he has authored numerous peer reviewed articles, co-authored and edited books, and co-developed real world solutions such as The Volgren Optimus route bus, The Wheelie bike parking device, and the 'Live, Drive, Ride like a local' road safety campaign.
